Primary point of contact for assigned client relationships which includes ongoing relationship development, cross-selling and problem resolution. Establish, maintain, and deepen client relationships via the delivery of a seamless and comprehensive service model. Work collaboratively with other members of the Client Development team, client service associates and other service groups to foster the exchange of ideas and execute processes and procedures to synergize and optimize Foreside’s client service model. Ensure a proactive, solutions-based approach in order to anticipate client needs, quickly identify recurring client issues/trends and explore innovative and customized offerings.
The External Business Development Professional will meaningfully increase the sales and market share of Foreside services globally by executing strategic sales plans with material business impact. This individual will work collaboratively with other members of the Client Development team to foster the exchange of ideas and to synergize and optimize Foreside’s client development model. This position will ensure a proactive, solutions-based approach in order to effectively sell Foreside services and is expected to easily identify industry trends and explore innovative and customized offerings in response to the changing landscape.
