Employee Assistance program: through professional counselors, this service provides confidential off-site counseling to associates and their dependents for such problems as substance abuse, marital difficulties, parent/child conflicts and may other areas of concern.
Employee Referral Program: In 2019, Foreside launched an employee-led referral program that is open to all employees at Foreside. This inclusion program offers our employees of all backgrounds in the workplace, no matter their organizational status, to benefit from sales referrals.
Flexible & Remote Work: As we plan for the reopening of Foreside offices later in summer 2021, the majority of employees will have the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid model.
