Foreside is pleased to announce Susan Mosher has joined Foreside as President of Foreside Alternative Investment Services ("FAIS"), a division of Foreside's compliance subsidiary. FAIS is dedicated to compliance for advisers of privately offered funds, as well as private equity and venture capital firms. Susan will be based out of Foreside's Portland office. Prior to joining Foreside, Susan was CCO for a California investment adviser to alternative investment funds (including funds of hedge funds), CDO and CFO products. Susan also was Senior Director and Chief Counsel of the Compliance Advisory Services division of Investors Bank & Trust Company.
