Fund CCOs
Foreside Financial Group continues to expand with new client mandates to provide the services of a fund Chief Compliance Officer. We are looking for qualified and experienced securities lawyers and/or persons with similar experience/qualification, to work at both our Portland Maine location as well as independently in and around the major financial centers throughout the US.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously served as either a 1940 Act Fund CCO or as a CCO at an Advisor.
The position will report to the Head of our CCO group and will be supported by our team of compliance analysts. Assistance with remote-working facilities can be provided.
